Have eaten my favorite cuisine (Indian) on the West Coast and know my way around the menu. The Lamb Saag @ Newab was very good, as were other items on their menu. Prepared properly I prefer an amount of red pepper to ""pinch"" and sprinkle over my food and they obliged. Aloo Gobhi, right amount of ginger. Veg. Biryani, flavorful. Garlic Nan, tender and flaky. Have been and will continue patronage of this fine establishment.
