I was a little disappointed as to the way the funeral director's wife treated my aunt during the visitation of my uncle. My elderly aunt asked a question and Mrs. Lewis proceeded to brush her off just completely ignoring her. To me it was very disrespectful as if she did not have the time to deal with my elderly aunt.
