Not only did they rip us off, but they lied to the the State about it. The Credit Card Company and now I hear they are writing bad reviews about other pool companies tome make themselves look better.
Mark Woodbury is an absolute liar. Uses ""used"" parts instead of new. Is never on time or doesn't show at all and worst of all, his entire staff participates in his con-jobs.
You're better off throwing your money in your pool and watching it float than giving it to Woodbury and his band of con-men.
We finally got a respectable pool company to the right job and they had to do over everything that BBP&S screwed up.
