Don't you know that most of your customers have jobs during the week? Hello!?! How else do you think that they pay you. How do you expect them to have any sort of effective customer service from the office? Why don't you make your office hours from 2-5 or something,... LIKE WHEN MOST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE IN TOWN!!! AND OFF WORK!!!! YOU IDIOTS!! The establishment of this office was obviously a fruitless endevor, someone might as well be doing this bussiness from their house, at least then you'd be more likely to be able to have a face to face interaction with the clerk at some point and time during the week......an absolutely pathetic and poorly planned facility.
Pros: Well, Iguess you can pay your water bill there,..can't you?
Cons: When is this office open? Aparently you don't want paid.
