I have used their services twice due to the extended warranty associated with The Home Depot... ugh... They don't do a good job. The first Guy that came left the water/ice panel loose; when we called a 2nd time to get the trap door for the ice fixed, they fixed it, but only lasted for a couple hours... when I called them to come again, the guy said they would review my invoice and call me back. Never did. Pfft. I wouldn't pay for these people.
Pros: Arrive Within 1 day
Cons: Don't Fix things the 1st time.
