The apartment is not worth for the price. The staff is very rude and arrogant. The property manager does not care about any thing. The aprtment utility bills are also very high. It costs average $300/month. If your neighbors, below and top of the aprtment is vacant you can expect even bigger bills. I saw bills like $900 during the winter month for one of my friend. Bathrooms will be leaking and management does not care about that. It sis totally useless apartment. Dodn't be fooled by the initial treatment.
