First off, the food is decent. Not the best Chinese I've had, but not the worst by a long shot. But, it was kind of pricey for the lack of ambiance, menu offerings, and service; not to mention lack of parking. No crunchy noodles to snack on, no offered tea, and when we asked if we could have a half-order of one of the fried rices for our son, we were told that they didn't offer half-orders. So much for flexibility.
It's true that the owners know their regulars, and the maternal Moy is quite a character. We'll probably go again, but will take out so we can eat without hearing Nancy Grace on the TV.
Pros: Food tasted good
Cons: Parking, service, price vs. ambiance
