So I walked in and was greeted by uniformed staff. I was looking for an Ipod dockable boom box and found them ON MY OWN. The staff never ventured away from the front desk. They stood up there and gossiped. ONe worker who wasn't up at the front desk actualy approached me after 10 minutes of standing in place ad was sincerely apologetic, which wouldn't have been an issue if the 5 other staff members did their job and tried to sell merchandise and actually talk to the customers. It was a lack luster experience. I think I will limit any future opportunities to their online website and just rationalize the shipping.
