I would give Auth Associates a 10-star rating for quality if I could. Ed is highly skilled and does things that other people cannot do.
He was initially recommended to me by a friend based on work he had done redoing an audio room -- my friend said it was awesome.
I called Ed, met him and brought him out to discuss the project that I wanted him to do. After talking to him, I realized from his technical knowledge that he was an electrical engineer.
The work that he did was perfect -- clean as a button. He put television lines in through data wires -- it was unbelievable. He made it so that I can operate 2 televisions by remote through a split IR repeater box, which is upstairs so you cannot even see it.
Ed was very flexible, working in the evening if I had a specific request so that I could be there.
He takes his shoes off, puts down a mat on the floor and vacuums your floor afterward. It is as if he was never there.
Not only is Ed very good at what he does but he is trustworthy and fair. He does not charge you for 3 hours if he only stays for 2.
I would definitely recommend Auth Associates. I already called Ed back to do something else and am planning to use them again.
