2 weeks ago I got a mid afternoon ride, up the road to a restaurant. Upon arrival, I offered a 20 dollar bill for the 7.50 charge, only to have the driver take it and say 'sorry, just got on my shift, no change on me.'\r

I took the 20 back and told him he was sh*t outta luck, not my problem.\r

Then last night (Metro Cab was busy), I call Hello taxi and had a POS dispatcher berate me for asking to use a credit card on a short trip. Hey pal, either you take them or you don't... save the editorials. \r

A shame too, as some of the drivers are actually really nice guys and take tremendous pride it maintaining and cleaning their cars.\r

Hello Taxi, while only having a bit of my business, has completely lost it, as well as all of my roommates. Use any other company in the area.
Pros: Some of the drivers are nice
Cons: Rude/Unprofessional dispatch, some drivers are shady
