I was also very upset with Marilyn R's remarks regarding Homeinstead. They are absolutely wonderful! My aunt has Lou Gherig's disease and requires a lot of attention and patience. We have been working with Homestead for almost a year and have absolutely no complaints. Not only is the staff (Melissa and Ann) extremely nice, helpful and responsive, the aides they provide are knowledgeable, caring and respectful. They are professional and timely. We work with three different aides and we consider them part of our family! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance! I consider them top of the line in caregivers!
