Called up in a tizzy needing a new case fan for my desktop. After a little figuring out what we were talking about (fan for the tower, not a laptop cooling pad) the employee checked what they had on hand, found they had what I was looking for, and offered to track down where I might be able to find something better suited if what they had on hand did not suit.
Pros: helpful, knowledgable, friendly
Cons: didn't have everything
