They send out letter to homeowners and make up stuff to put them in violation for. They have sent letters for cars being parked in driveways that they dont like evn if the car drivable and registered you will still get a letter. If you have a small dead spot in your grass watch out you will get a letter. Don't forget about your trash can. They send letters to homeowners on trash day for trash cans being out for pick up.They have even wrote letters to the wrong house and wont admitt they mess up. If you are a renter you don't need to worry about your house cause they wont do anything to the renters just the homeownwer who try to have their yards look nice. Do not use this company unless you want to have very un happy homeowners. If they hired employees with half a brain maybe they would be better but right now the employees are so stupid and have no common sense. I wounder if they get some kind of incentive for sending out letters? I hope this company goes under!!!
