The tech that came to our house told us one thing, and we were very happy w/ the amount of time he told us it would take to be fixed. The TV was taken to the shop on a Mon. Friday my husband stopped in to ask about the progress. He was told they haven't found the problem yet. Then 20 min. later they called my husband and said they found the problem. The TV hadn't even been looked at til my husband stopped in. I then called to get all the info. from the customer service rep and was told one thing, and my husband another. So the following week I called to follow up and was told another thing. We would have never brought our TV to ABC Electronics if we new it would take almost 3 weeks before we'd get it back. Jeff was not honest, or trustworthy with what he was telling us. I would not recommend this company if you are in a hurry to get your product back asap.
