The incredibly, ridiculously long wait could be easily justifyable if the staff was more curtious and apologetic to the customers waiting 30 minutes for 1 sandwich to go...and if the prices were cheaper. $7.50 (after a tip) for a sandwich that I didn't have time to eat for lunch was a little silly. I wouldn't feel the need to mention the slow service if it was just a one-time occurence but it happens every time I eat there. I think they're hiring.
Pros: well put together sandwich
