My sister-n-law called to make an appointment at Enchanting Moments. She spoke to a sales associate named Lisa who proceded to ask her a variety of questions but mainly if she was ""really going to buy something."" Lisa proceeded to tell my sister-n-law that she needed to get an idea for what she wanted, work out her budget and then come back to Enchanted Moments! This ""sales associate"" even had the nerve to tell her to try dresses on somewhere else. It seems that despite the economic crisis the rest of the world is feeling Enchanted Moments is doing so good that they can send good business away. Even worse when I called to complain to the manager, who assured me SHE would call and straighten things out she merely had Lisa call. Oblivious to her snobbish demeanor and clueless to why a customer may find it off putting for a sales associate to send away business Lisa perpetuated the situation by calling back to annoy my sister. This place may have enchanting dresses but it has pompus employees who don't know the first thing about customer service.
