I have to agree with all reviews below. I work in property management and must say that it is absolutely both SHOCKING and disgusting that I am treated the way that I am. Just getting the apartment a year ago was a big enough inconvenience, and the day after I signed the lease, SIBA has been nothing but nasty and awful to me. Their policies do not make sense-their policies only are set up to inconvenience the tenant.
They really do not care about their tenants, AT ALL. Do not expect any favors, or any convenience from them. I am sad to say that I will be living here for another 10 slow months. My biggest regret was not moving out two months ago...I strongly encourage anyone looking at any of their buildings to take these reviews seriously-unless you want your property manager to talk to you like you are the sh*t on his shoes-No exaggeration. You would think if you spend $4000 a month on an apartment, you would at least be treated with some sort respect or politeness -NOT HERE-don't expect it.
Do not make the same mistake I did.
