Can't talk to their service department as I have never needed to use them, but their sales staff is the best around! Every one of them are experts (or so it seems) in computer electronics, and really can help you get what you are looking for at a fair price. Store is not all best-buy pretty, but that's ok. I'd rather pay for good products than fancy packages.
