I did not receive good customer service from Martha's Bridal. I am African American, and feel that Martha caters more to the Hispanic culture. She would not even come out of her office to speak to us, and I have done business with her more than once. I would also see how she would make herself available for certain customers. You do not get this kind of treatment at a store such as David's Bridal.
