We went here in May for an evening out with an out of town friend. It was absolutely awful. We waited an hour and a half for our food and some was frozen when it arrived. They did the right thing. They comped our meals and gave us $50 to come back and try them again. Flash forward to today. My wife took our daughter and her mother for lunch this afternoon. They once again waited 45 mins for their food. My mother in law's soup never came, my daughters burger was burnt to a crisp, and my wife's wrap was missing several ingredients she asked for. So after giving them a second chance, I will say we will NEVER go back to this place. I can't believe that they charge the prices they do for such shoddy service and poor food . Luckily there are a lot of nice restaurants in the Buffalo area that we will happily spend our money at.
