Their creed is ""we wont treat you like cattle"", well thats true... They treat you worse. No contact until the day before surgery. I complained at the office on the morning of the surgery and was totally harrassed by the patient coordinator, GM, and CEO... The office is all run by family so you can forget about customer advocacy or quality control - they are more interested in protecting their own and are not accountable for anything. I left because if thats how they treat you before, how scary the thought of needing them after!!! Find another facility! I chose TLC - they were great.
