I needed a new salon and the reviews for Salon Opus were amazing and were compared to Nubest where I was previously a customer (which must have been written by one of the stylists). I had a 12:30 appt and was told it would be a few minutes. At 12:40 I was told it would be no longer then 10 minutes. At 1:00 pm they told me that the stylist was just about finished and they brought me back to wash my hair. At 1:10 pm I was still waiting for the stylist who was not finished and still had half of the hair to dry.
Cons: Inconsiderate.
