I run a business myself so I know the importance of customer service. This company, and specifically Jessica, is the WORST I've ever dealt with. My order has been placed for SIX MONTHS now and it STILL hasn't been filled. Similar to the other review, all I get is lies and excuses. She's promised to be at my house 2 weeks in a row now for an install and she's blown me off BOTH TIMES! If you do business here, be prepared for the same lies, delays and excuses. Don't say I didn't warn you!
