It would be easy for me not to write a review. I had a good experience. However I had seen the bad reviews ahead of time, and felt that I needed to put forward a good review for the Rooter Express guys. I had a pipe break in my front yard. I had used Rooter Express previously when I had a home warranty. Figured I'd try them again, what do I know about plumbing? They replaced the entire pipe from house to main line at curb. Instead of digging up my whole yard (like my neighbor) they had expertise to just dig two holes at either end and pulled a new pipe through the ground (I think). Couldn't even tell they were there after they finished and cleaned up. The repair guys were very professional and nice, and even took their shoes off without us asking before walking through the house. My sprinklers did not work follow the repair. They were working perfectly when they started the repair. The owner himself came out the next day and repaired the sprinklers at no additional charge. Thanks guys. Good work.
