I just called to this company 5 minutes ago (August 11 '09 4:30 PM). One girl received the call very impolitely and hung up the phone even I didn't finished my conversation. I suggest to manager or supervisor who in charge this department, please train that girl about phone receive etiquette and polite attitude for customer. Unless your business will be worse and worse.
