These guys were happy to tell me that the owners of the boat I had an offer in needed to be off the boat, that they were paying $1,000.00/mo in slip fees, and that the man had cancer and the wife wanted to move inland. They called my surveyor and rescheduled them and also rescheduled my haul-out without my permission. They knew the boat had problems and after we exposed the untruths, we lowered our price. Be careful with these folks. We walked away after spending $2,500.00 in travel and survey. Be sure to use the contract phrase, all publisized equipment must be in operable condition. I would not list a boat with them at all and I would be careful buying a boat from them.
