I ordered business cards that were supposed to be sent back for proofing within 2 days at the Halsey location. When I stopped back 10 days later to inquire about my order after having no contact whatsoever from this business, the manager was unapologetic and rude. Their company policy of ""excellent, professional and friendly"" customer service certainly has not been my experience and I will NOT be back.
