I am no longer going to Sherry's. I have been at least 8x over the past 3 years... always for a trim and highlights, and every single time my hair has been yanked at and pulled out, LITERALLY. Sure the prices are great, and that was initially why I kept going back... but the damage to my hair is not worth it!
