I've tried to use them for drain cleaning with my rental properties and they are always late. They tell me they'll be there at 9 am. Then they call my tenant to reschedule for the following week!!! Give me a break. The one time they did come on time they tried to upsell us on something 3 times more expensive then the cost of the original call (and it wasn't needed).
