Would never recommend them again. Can never get a hold of ahybody. Everytime we call we get the run around and are totally ignored. Rebate information was NEVER passed on to us. Tried to contact salesman and couold not get him to respond either. Found out prices are very inflated.
Pros: Very concerned about not destroying property or carpet
Cons: Very pricey. get run around every time we call
