How can the face of a company be someone devoid of any interpersonal skills? How can the person managing an apartment building with multiple units be such a poor communicator? She is rude. She does not accomodate even small requests. These are not isolated incidents, but a pattern that I have experienced firsthand, as well as hearing this from other tenants. And I'm not the one calling her or the company for requests. She is calling me and then she is rude about it. Cedar Realty needs to reconsider who is the face of their company. After living there, I was ready to buy my own place, but I did not look through them because of what a poor experience I had just renting from them.
