I'd had a terrible experience with a different Samsung warranty vendor, so Samsung sent me to A to Z. They were very quick to call me back, kept me in the loop while parts were ordered, and did the job right as quickly as they could. The tech, Don, was great. The dispatcher was great. If you're worried that your warranty work will be badly handled, don't. These folks do a fantastic job.
