Placed an order for 15 chandeliers on August 6th, and it is now August 21st and they're telling me that the manufacturer is experiencing some delays, and that they won't ship out until next week. It would be nice if they had notified me in any way, shape, or form bout they delay, but I got nothing at all.

Cons: terrible customer service, slow shipping, liars
