I scheduled a move for Sunday- August 2009. They arrived 2 hours late. 10am vs. 8am. No one called me. I missed my elevator time at the new apartment.- 10am-noon. The condo gave me a new time at 3pm. They refused to wait, so they helped the couple who was moving in. Little did I know they were going to charge me for their move too. Unbelievable. It took them 2 hours to move/ PACK my stuff at my home. Yet they were trying to charge me for 5 and a half hours- they said it took them 3 HOURS to move my stuff from the truck to the condo. Unbelievable. They were the only ones using a freight elevator, they did not unpack any of my stuff. I never saw the second helper- supposedly he was taking stuff from the elevator to the unit. Please stay clear. I tried to call on Sunday- to date, 5 days later no one has returned my call and no one answered the phone. Be warned!!!!
