easily the most annoying major chain pharmacy I've been in, in NYC or anywhere else. Waiting for a prescription takes forever. They reject a lot of people for stupid reasons and won't fill their scrip. The aisles are constantly in a state of re-stocking and the front-line help are slow and generally un-helpful. I dread having to go here and have since found several other alternatives.
