ordered custom made sofa from beckenstein. it arrived with a pungent awful odor. beckenstein promised to replace all 4 cushions, new.
received "new" cushions, which are in fact the old ones.
i had marked the inside of each and sure enough the marks are there still.
they lied to me.
buyer beware!!! one of the worst consumer experiences
i have had. would not recommend them to anyone.
