Jose Lopes #9517 came to my home on the evening of 8/18/09 to evaluate the issues that I was having with my toilets and bath tub being backed up. He took the time to access each area that appeared to have an issue. He took the time out to fully explain the things that he observed to both me and my boyfriend. He gave me an estimation of the cost and made sure I understood each option in its entirety. After explaining what needed to be done, I agreed to allow him to begin the services. He was able to rod out my main sewer line and pull out the roots that caused my blockage. He also explained how to maintain a good plumbing system, He advised us of the things that should not be flushed down the toilet. Overall I was very satisfied with his services and even happier to be able to flush the toilet and/or take a shower and not have a blockage.
