So I decide to bring my daughter to this cupcake place finally and we walk in with no one behind the counter. Me and another customer who was already inside look at each other in confusion but no one shows up. Not sure how long I waited but probably enough time to get a cupcake without paying for it! Finally a girl shows up from the back, looks down most of the time and doesn't even say anything to us besides "what would you like?" Now, I am not much for writing reviews and needless to say, I think reviews are biased most of the time. But honestly, I left this place wondering how much longer can a business continue running with this kind of service? To my own curiosity, I start reading reviews about bad customer service and then I see this most recent review the other day about recent service and I ask myself: should I be surprised about comments concerning the staff since I had my own personal experience at this cupcake place? My daughter was happy getting a cupcake but I don't think we will be coming here anymore. I have been to fast-food places that have better customer service. Pros: My kid liked it Cons: service more
