I have been several time to Sugarbaby's and the customer service has been less than mediocre. You walk in without any of the young ladies greeting you. I always gave it another try but then when I was standing there waiting for someone to help me and saw one girl just leaning against the counter not even bothering to ask if I needed help while another young employee was helping a customer out, I finally realized these young ladies may like working at a cupcake place (who wouldn't!) but they sure don't know how to simply greet customers. When I asked to speak to the manager, the young lady at the cash register instead of HANDING me my VISA back to me, she threw it down on the table and rolled her eyes. Not kidding! Her excuse to me was she thought I was with someone else but I asked her why she didn't simply ask me? I talked to the owner, Bridgette finallly about customer service but she didn't seem too concerned. Apparently, there was a little party going on in the other room that she told me they were busy with. I guess when they have parties, customers come second.... Beware!
