Go relax travel is having their employees who can speak Spanish come on here and post raving fake reviews to deceive members of the Hispanic community into thinking they are getting a great prize. WRONG. Record every conversation you have with go relax travel. Go relax says they record the conversations, but whenever the conversation would not be in their favor (for example, an employee lying and saying airfare is included which has happened many times) the recording has either mysteriously disappeared, or the details you are trying to proove weren't recorded. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER! You will end up paying around $400 just for 3 nights at a hotel room. No food, no airfare, NOTHING. You can get a better deal from calling the hotels yourself. If you have already been taken for a ride, you need to report them to the b e t t e r b u s i n e s s b u r e a u @ b b b. c o m. I have read the report. Go relax has an F rating, but they will respond to the b b b and you will most likely get your money back. DO NOT give up. They do not dserve to steal your hard earned money! Having employees post Spanish reviews is the lowest thing I have ever seen in my life. They should not only be shut down; they should go to jail.
