i lived there for a year with my cousin its a pretty cool place to live. everybody knows everybody. its very close to some schools but not high schools. it not far from downtown. its just a lot of selling out there, and their mostly teens. other than that its nice. its not too much noise
Pros: its cheap and you dont really need an income to live there
Cons: its a whole lot of selling(if you now what i mean) out there
