First and for most, I hired this company because the my sales rep was so friendly to me. I must of looked around like crazy and finally I found them to have the best customer service. The women over the phone really helped me out a lot with all my questions and concerns. I felt really positive that I was going to receive the same service the day of the move but boy was I wrong. When the movers first got there I could not believe there lack of professionalism. The supervisor of the movers was smoking right in front of me and my 3 year old daughter. How rude.. Than as he was moving my furniture I asked him to please wrap it in blanket which I was told were going to be free due to the fact that I did not want him to penetrate my upholstery with his cigarette smoke. Mind you that I asked him as pleasant as possible without trying to embarrass or insult him. He reacted in a way that frightened me. Than later he re packed my PACKED BOXES with tape.... WHAT!
