We took our 37 X 21 storm window into the Ace store to have the glass repaired. They sent it out for repair. When we went to the store to pick it up to pay, the total was $50.00. We were in shock. We attempted to talk to the store manager about the high price, but he did not budge. We called another nearby Ace store to see if that price was out of line ... and they quoted us a price of $35.00 and also suggested that we voice our unhappiness on the internet. We will not shop that this particular Ace store and suggest that you do not either.
