I went here to buy my first brand new car. Not only did the the tag team of sales guy and sales manager get caught trying to trick me by sending in one to tell me one thing and then he would mysteriously disappear when the other said there was "no way he'd say that" but when I finally signed on the dotted line the sales manager went so far as to insult myself and the moral support I had brought with me. When I brought my car back in for service the first time, not only had they lost my reservation, but they didn't have any loaner cars anymore either so at 7:30 in the morning they connected me with a rental company which incidentally took so long I was late to work. Thanks. Then, something that should have only taken 3 hours or so somehow took close to 48 and the sales guy blamed me for the lost appointment since I made it with service and not him (I don't know why that would make sense) and then wouldn't take my calls inquiring about when it would be done.
