We just returned from vacation in NYC and we stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel. We were very pleased. The hotel is lovely and the location was great. We had a room on the 14th floor and while we didn't have a view, we didn't care because the room was large, quiet, clean and the beds so comfortable, which is really all that mattered as far as we were concerned. The bathroom while not very large, wasn't exactly a closet either. The bathroom was clean and we found a fresh supply of towels every day. The maid service was great - we came back to the hotel after a long day of exploring the city to find the a/c on, the beds made with fresh, clean sheets and the bathroom clean. \r

We would definately stay there again.
