Very Disappointed! I made a phone call before traveling several miles to Gainesville to get a price on window tint. I explained my vehicle to a T as well as exactly what I wanted. I was given a price along with an explanation of the warranty, as well as the fact that they used Lumar tint. Then I was told to "bring it on up, we can have it done in an hour." Upon my arrival, the clerk was working with another customer as I patiently waited 30 minutes. After my wait, the clerk acknowledged I was there and our phone conversation, he went to the back of the store for a while and returned to begin to stare through the front windows and out at my vehicle. After a few minutes he turned to me and stated... I quoted you wrong on your vehicle, and suggested a price significantly higher than the price quoted over the phone after receiving a clear description of my vehicle.
