I looked at Prominence in December and really loved. I had a really nice leasing agent who showed me many floor plans to help me find the best fit. When I returned a few months later with my roommate, I was expecting the same great service. However, when we walked in the door we were rudly greeted by a female staff member. She told us that she guessed she could show us a floor plan.\r

After she almost threw us off her golf cart and yelled at someone driving in the complex we arrived at the model. She stood in the door, not pointing out ANYTHING to us. When I asked to see one of the other floor models because we really were not impressed by the one we looked at, she was VERY rude and said she didn't think that was neccesary. \r

When we finally returned to the office, she threw us some floor plans and was done talking to us. I was showed by the way we were treated and WILL NOT return.
Pros: nice apartments
