For a place that charges premium prices, the service should match, and this just doesn't at all. I moved to the neighborhood a couple weeks ago and am looking for a new dry cleaner and got coupons in the mail, so I decided to try them out. It was supposed to be open at 7am, but I had to wait 10 minutes for the guy to show up, with no apologies on his part - he actually acted like he was doing me a favor for even getting there! Also, even with coupons, the prices are high - $2.60 for just wash and press shirts.
