used wrong parts on my AC compressor 7/14/2009

I took my 2000 Bonneville to 911 Auto Center because my car was making an awful noise and my husband determined that it was the AC. First quote was 295, we accepted and then a call was made to tell us that the compressor needed replaced, so ok we'll pay 995, then a second call was placed to us saying that to do the job right we should do some cleaning etc so the final price with tax ended up a little over 1400. A month and a half later, I no longer had AC, so I took the car back to them, there's a problem can u please fix? Gladly they say, it's under warranty. Then a call was placed, sorry ma'am this has nothing to do with the work we did, it's the accuators in the dash it'll be another 500-1000 to fix this. I asked why wasn't this fixed in the first place and was told that things break all the time and that we were welcome to get a second opinion. I got that second opinion from Aloha Motors (right down the street) and low and behold, wrong parts were used on the compressor and therefore we leaked out freeon! There was no way I was letting this scam store touch my car again and I will be getting my money back! I didn't even want to give this place 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! Cons: they do not do a good job more
