I called, and the crew (Victor, Jose, and Jesse) were here an hour later, worked very hard and did an excellent job. They were able to remove stains that I thought were there permanently.
It was important to me that they were able to offer same day service.
Also, this was a dry cleaning process so the carpet isn't wet. Carpet looks clean and fluffy, and smells wonderful.
